Looking for peace and tranquility? Are you a nature lover? Do you love the appeal of the city life but not the noise and traffic? Looking for affordable homes with the same Williamson County ammenities? Well check out some of these Nashville and surrounding areas.

Nolensville TN: Nolensville Tennessee is located in Williamson County. I love Nolensville. As a Williamson County native, I have seen Nolensville continuously grow. This is a perfect location for home buyers looking for affordability, quality homes, beautiful landscape, and convenience to all of the amenities Williamson County offers. Nolensville is still within the Williamson County school district www.wcs.edu.com NOTE: always verify school zoning yourself before making a home purchase. The majority of homes on the market in Nolensville are priced under $ 500,000. As this community continues to grow, home prices will go up making homes a smart investment for buyers.

Crieve Hall: Crieve Hallis an area of Nashville that is centrally located between Nashville and Brentwood. This is a great little area of Nashville simply because of its location, home prices, beauty and quaintness. The homes in the homes in this area are so cute and charming with beautiful magnolia trees, perfect yards and you cannot beat this location, and it truly is close to everything. If you are looking for affordability convenience, charming, peaceful with a little bit of a feel of city life…then you would want to check out Crieve Hall.

Oak Hill: Oak Hill is simply gorgeous! It is close to Green Hills, Brentwood and downtown Nashville but a little more affordable. It is a nature lover’s paradise. Oak Hill is nestled in the hills close to Radnor Lake State Park and very close to Percy Warner State Park. Oak Hill is also very peaceful, convenient and charming. If you love nature and want convenience to everything, Oak Hill should be on your list of communities to check out.

Nashville is so diverse and there are so many areas of town where you can find your perfect Nashville home. The communities I have highlighted in this post are only a couple of the many areas of Nashville where homes are affordable, charming and convenient. Stay tuned as I continue to post about more of my favorites.

The Nashville real estate market has some great homes under 200,000. Check out some of these great areas:

East Nashville has approximately 207 homes under $200,000 listed right now. Note that some are under contract and they do go fast. Homes in this price range will vary in location, size, and amount of renovation. I have to tell you though; I have seen some very cute homes recently listed under 200K.

Crieve Hall is another great area that is close to Brentwood and downtown Nashville. There are a few homes listed under 200K approximately 13 but I feel there will be more as we enter the summer months.

Goodlettsville and Joelton are areas of town which are often over looked. Home prices are affordable and the area itself is up and coming. You really get a great location and convenience to Nashville without a lot of congestion. Joelton is just beyond Goodlettsville and about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Nashville. There are approximately 42 homes listed under 200K.

Sumner County/Hendersonville: Hendersonville TN is really growing and has 205 homes listed under 200K. The great thing about this area is that it is so beautiful and convenient. I was showing homes to clients in Hendersonville and was amazed at the growth. I love Hendersonville which sits on Old Hickory Lake.

If you are a first time buyer or repeat buyer, there are plenty of options. Nashville is full of great neighborhoods and communities.

There is no doubt that Nashville is full of some great neighborhoods. Home buyers are flocking to some of Nashville’s hot and trendier neighborhoods such as 12th South, East Nashville and the Waverly Belmont areas. But don’t discount some of the outlying areas of those neighborhoods that are up and coming and will bring great return on your investment in the future.
Some of these areas are the Berry Hill and Melrose area. For example, I just listed a home in this area and it has contracted in less than 30 days due to its adjacency to 12th South, Belmont and Green Hills without the price tag. The fairgrounds future is still being decided and Vanderbilt Medical Center has opened a new medical facility in the old 100 Oaks Shopping Mall complex. Investors are buying homes and renovating in this area and the nearby Woodbine area.
