The Gulch:

One of Nashville’s fastest growing Urban areas. The Gulch is located in downtown Nashville in the area of Division Street and 11th Avenue. 12th South:

12th South is located on and around 12th Avenue South. It is close to Belmont University and Music Row and is a great central location. It is a very short distance to Vanderbilt University.
