The East Nashville housing market is still very healthy with a steady amount of homes closing every month and contracts being written in prices ranging from 100,000 up to the high 300,000’s.
Homes that are selling in East Nashville range from small cottages in the 90 to 100,000 dollar price range in some of East Nashville’s up and coming neighborhoods such as Cleveland Park, McFerrin Park, South Inglewood and Greenwood Neighbors to homes in the 200 to 370,000 price range in Inglewood’s more sought after neighborhoods, Eastwood Neighbors and Lockeland Springs.
So what are buyers looking for? There is a demand for 3 bedroom 2 bath “ turnkey “ or move in ready homes in the 200 to 275,000 price range with low maintenance and very little updating required. They are looking in the Eastwood Neighbors, Lockeland Springs for the most part and will consider some areas of Inglewood.
