East Nashville is a great place to meet people as it very diverse. A lot of singles, young couples and families with school age children. It is a very eclectic community with lots of restaraunts, small locally owned shops, pubs etc. The homes for the most part will be older and some renovated and some not. Franklin and Brentwood will be more suburban and family oriented with an excellent school system. Mostly chain restraunts,malls, strip malls etc. this area is the most expensive area in the state as well. if you are looking to rent for a while, you wil find several apt. complexes in the Cool Springs area which is in Franklin. I am from Birmingham, Alabama and originally Mountain Brook so I love the villages and school systems there, Although I do not have children I am single and need to find an area where I might meet the right person.
